To measure your foot size (mondopoint), place a piece of paper under your foot and trace the shape of your foot on it. The distance from your heel to the tip of your longest toe is your foot length, the so-called mondopoint.
Measure both feet to be sure , they can be different. Even though the difference may be very small, it matters.
According to the size chart , choose shoes about 0.5 cm larger than the length of your foot . You need to leave a little extra space in the shoes so that your toes have room to move and the shoes do not press.
