The brace is adjustable , but a properly selected size will make wearing it even more comfortable.
You can choose a knee brace simply by measuring the circumference of your leg just above the knee joint (above the edge of the patella) . To make wearing the brace comfortable, we recommend choosing a size about 2-3 cm larger than the circumference of your leg above the knee.
S: for leg circumference just above the knee 36 - 42 cm
L: for leg circumference just above the knee 42 - 48 cm
XL: for leg circumference just above the knee 48 - 56 cm
